Why We Price Per Engagement
A sovereign deployment is a capability, not a license.
You are not buying access to someone else's platform. You are standing up your own AI Brain, on your own soil, under your own law. That does not reduce to a per-seat price.
A subscription rents you capacity on infrastructure that still answers to another jurisdiction, metered by the seat and billed for as long as you keep paying. A sovereign engagement does the opposite. It stands the whole stack up on hardware you own, gives you full access to the source code, makes the models and the weights yours, and hands operation to your team. The scope of that work is what sets the number, so Amanah is quoted per engagement, scoped to exactly what sovereignty requires for you. And the economics compound in your favor: because the infrastructure is engineered to be 50x more effective at the inference layer, the very large token spend of a rented platform becomes productivity gains you own.
A capability you keep, not a rental
You hold full access to the source code, and the models and the weights become yours to hold and evolve. There is no recurring license on your own capability, so there is no list price to put on it.

There is no price list, because there is no standard product to list. A sovereign deployment is quoted once its scope is understood, and the scope is what moves the number. We size the engagement to what your sovereignty actually requires, then return an indicative, per-program model.
