This notice explains how Amanah handles personal information collected through the amanah.pro website and through enquiries you send us. Sovereignty is the principle we build into every deployment, and it shapes how we treat your data here: we collect only what we need, keep it where it belongs, and never trade it.
This notice covers the amanah.pro website and the enquiries, briefing requests and correspondence that pass through it. It does not govern the sovereign platform deployments we build for our customers.
Those deployments run on the customer’s own infrastructure, on their soil and under their law, with data residency and zero-egress by architecture. Any personal data processed inside a customer deployment stays inside that customer’s perimeter and is governed by their own policies, not by this website notice.
Information you give us directly. When you contact us, request a briefing or otherwise reach out, we receive what you choose to share, which is typically your name, your organization, a work email address, your role and the content of your message. We ask for no more than we need to respond.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site your browser sends basic technical data, such as device and browser type, approximate region and the pages you view. We keep this to the minimum required to serve the site, keep it secure and understand which material is useful.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange briefings, and continue a business relationship you have chosen to start. We use automatically collected data to operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use enquiry content to train any model. We use it for the purpose you contacted us about, and for closely related follow-up.
The residency principle that defines our platform also informs how we handle website data. We avoid copying personal information across borders where it is not necessary, and we hold it under appropriate safeguards rather than scatter it across third-party services.
The website is a point of contact, not a data-collection engine. Wherever we can hold less, keep it closer and move it less, that is the design we choose.
We keep enquiry and correspondence data only for as long as it is needed to answer you and to maintain a relationship you have chosen to continue. When it is no longer needed for that purpose, we remove it or render it anonymous.
Automatically collected technical data is retained only for as long as it is useful for security and site operation.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for others to market to you. We disclose it only to the service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries, under confidentiality obligations and only for those purposes.
We may disclose information where we are genuinely required to by applicable law. We do not make transfers that would undermine the residency commitments described in this notice.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to function, together with a minimal, privacy-respecting measure of how the site is used so we can keep it useful.
You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies does not stop you from reading the site or contacting us.
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw a consent you have given at any time.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity before we act.
We apply the same engineering discipline to the website that stands behind our platform. Information is protected in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and we design to hold as little as possible for as short a time as possible.
No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat the data you entrust to us as something to safeguard rather than to exploit.
This notice and our handling of personal information collected through the website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Amanah is based.
We may update this notice as our practices, the website or the law evolve. The current version is always the one published on this page, and where a change is material we will make that clear.
If you have a question about this notice or about how we handle your information, or you want to exercise any of your rights, write to us at hello@amanah.pro.
