At Amanah

He carries Amanah in Oman, where the sovereign question is not abstract. The national network and the national data sit with the same small number of institutions, and he has worked inside them for more than twenty years.

For over a decade at Nawras, now Ooredoo Oman, he was Chief Technical Advisor through the build-out of the country's mobile network, then Chief Strategy Officer, and later its Chief Alliances and Partnership Officer.

He went on to co-own Cloud Acropolis, supplying cloud and data centre services to national and international customers out of Muscat, and founded Innovative Modern Services. He took his master's in electrical engineering and communication sciences at the University of Central Florida.
